Yes…Yes, I have.

Have you ever felt undeserving? Have you ever told yourself that you do not deserve something – that something was out of your league? Well, you are not alone.

The feeling of undeserving happens to a lot of people, and some of the most successful people in the world once started out from a place of feeling as though they did not deserve anything better. However, these successful people did not stay where they were. They cultivated a mindset that propelled them to feel they deserved better.

One thing that prevents people from feeling like they deserve the better things in life is that they simply do not know who they are. When you don’t know who you are, you will always plague yourself mentally, emotionally and physically to not achieve a successful life (a life that you want to live). Think about it.  You will see that you have done something to self-sabotage your life. This is a cycle that many do not get out of.

Simply put……if you can’t tell yourself who you are, how can you tell yourself what you deserve? If you sit down and evaluate your life, you will see that this is true.

You deserve it.

The bottom line is we only pursue things in our lives that we feel we deserve. Because if we didn’t feel as though we deserved it, we wouldn’t work to achieve it. This is exactly why many people refuse to take 100% percent responsibility for their own lives.

Today, you can break the undeserving cycle. You can sit down and give yourself time to evaluate who you are as a person and what you want out of life. Nothing is stopping you…and I am encouraging you. Give yourself the power of deserving a better life by giving yourself the freedom of knowing who you are.

Inspired Point of Power: You deserve to be successful, only when you are successful in knowing who you are.
